Two Movements
At the core, my work is to facilitate two intertwined movements,
both on an individual and a collective level:
Reindigenizing:
How do we remember to be at home in our bodies, in our relations,
in this moment, in the land we inhabit, within the web of Life?
Regeneration:
How do we connect with our essence and become a healing force wherever we go:
In our intimate relationships, in our communities, in our bioregions and to the planet?
This is what all the projects I lead, the processes I facilitate and the pieces of art I create are dedicated to. May they support our maturation into the guardians and gardeners of Life
I know we have the potential to be.

One Practice
For more than ten years I have been cultivating a wealth of practices for embodiment, mindfulness, conscious relating and regenerative culture design. Now I am weaving this treasure into a concise and accessible framework with the working title Embodied Resilience.
The intention is to create an ecology of practices that supports both individuals and communities to grow, heal and co-create more effectively and joyfully in the midst of the unfolding civilizational crisis of our time.
A first draft of this framework can be found in the
Embodied Resilience Handbook (only in German for now).

Three Pathways
At the moment I am exploring three complementary strategies to deliver my work to key actors serving as catalysts for regenerative development:

Homes of the Regeneration
My first focus is supporting intentional communities of different sizes and shapes which serve as tangible examples for life-enriching cultures. These include ecovillages, educational institutions as well as conscious businesses.
One current focus in this field is to build the foundation for a cooperation with the Global Ecovillage Network to specifically tailor the Embodied Resilience approach to the needs of communities across Europe.
By facilitating tailor-made processes to integrate regenerative practices into their daily lives, I support them to persist and thrive even as the global conditions grow even more turbulent and adverse.

Practitioner Networking
The second strategy that I have been working on for a while is gardening a web of facilitators, leaders, and artists catalyzing the emergence of embodied regenerative cultures in various contexts.
In 2023/24 I implemented a first iteration of this idea with a small team under the title Embodied Resilience Collective. In this project we supported the realization of more than 50 workshops, seminars and practice groups and distributed over 20.000€ to 25 embodiment pioneers around Austria and Germany in micro-fundings.
At the moment, we are still harvesting the learnings of this first prototype and exploring possibilities to expand it organically.

Live & Online Gatherings
Thirdly, I am developing several formats combining shared practice, regeneration, co-creation and celebration. Some glimpses:
=> A weekly embodiment sangha
(probably in/around Vienna)
=> Regular community of practice calls
=> Yearly in-person gatherings
=> Extended residencies in existing and nascent community projects
More to come… 🙂

I am currently acquiring seed funding to found an association or cooperative as a legal frame for the work described above.
